Tenure and Promotion Cohorts
Although each faculty member is responsible for completing their own application for tenure and promotion, some people find it helpful to meet with other faculty who are eligible at the same time. To support faculty through the tenure and promotion process, CAFE offers a Tenure and Promotion Cohort gathering for eligible faculty before their applications are due. Disussions include the overall process and timeline, logistics of the online Faculty Success platform, working with committees, insights from recent applicants, helpful documents, and frequently asked questions.
